New Schedule Starts Monday
Look for a new better-than-ever schedule to start on Monday, August 17th. We have tried to streamline the schedule so that you better know when we have classes–the schedule is the same Monday-Thursday and we have more classes on the weekend.
CoreYoga immediately follows BarreCardio so you can do both! Don’t forget that paying for one class is really an all-day pass at Sweat. You can take BarreCardio then stay for CoreYoga for the price of one class.
