“I knew that I wanted to have a healthy pregnancy and pure barre was going to be a part of it. Prior to getting pregnant I was regularly taking pure barre and Sweat classes. I took pure barre two days before I went into labor.
To pure barre I give credit for my bouncing back after the baby. Two weeks after delivering I took Amanda’s cardio class at Sweat, I admit that was a little ambitious of me but I could not wait to get back into the studio.
I was greeted with warm welcomes from the instructors and fellow barre ladies.
Being a working mom does make it a bit challenging to get to class, but my goal is to be at the barre three times a week. For that one hour I can take a break from the bustle of life with a new baby and concentrate on lifting, tucking and toning my body.
As other pure barre and SweatLex-goers know, it becomes an addiction and you keep coming back for more.
Regularly making classes a part of my routine allows to me to be a better wife, mom and have more energy to tackle the day. Every instructor is so encouraging and no two classes are the same.
