Hot Yoga to Beat the Winter Cold

Has the recent winter weather left you wishing for summer? Take a break from the cold and get in shape with a hot yoga session at Sweat.

Our studio is conveniently located in Lexington at 867 East High Street. Classes are plentiful, flexible, and there is plenty of space for you to set up and not have to worry about invading anyone else’s space.

Hot yoga is popular for many reasons, and if you haven’t checked it out before, here’s a little bit about what to expect.

The room will be hot and humid, allowing your muscles to get loose and stay loose for enhanced flexibility. You’ll use your own body weight and gravity to build muscle and strengthen bones through various yoga poses. The aerobic workout and heat will build endurance, too. The key is to commit to regular workouts, and you’ll start to see benefits throughout your body.

Those carrying extra weight may experience weight loss. Others will notice a more toned body. Almost without exception, people shed stress and feel better. This could be you, too!
