CoreYoga Intensive Sunday
Yoga Intensive: CoreYoga Sweat + Sculpt Join Amanda for a vigorous class with a strong focus on core strength and sculpted muscles. Weights and body resistance are added to the yoga sequence to define and sculpt creating a lean and balanced body. This class will open you up and wring you out which is often the moment in which you have the best opportunity to grow in mind and body.
