BARRECARDIO 60

Break a sweat! Barre Cardio is an intense, effective full body class that will change your shape. Cardio dance and boxing intervals meet quick and slow barre sections to sculpt and tone lean muscle. A variety of 3 to 8lb hand weights, resistance balls, resistance tubes and ankle weights are used to provide an extra intensity. Choreographed with easy transitions to the beat of the music you will leave feeling energized and empowered! Take this class three times a week and see the results for yourself.

SWEAT HOT YOGA

A power flow class designed to make you sweat. All levels are welcome. We offer modifications for the new students and options for the advanced level students. Every class is choreographed to amazing music in a heated room between 85 and 90 degrees.

STRETCH & FLOW

Learn proper alinement in yoga poses as you flow in and out of power and stretch. Medium Flow with a gentle twist.

FOCUS HOT BARRE

With a 90-degree heated room, this Barre Yoga Blend is designed to spark the heart rate and tone the muscles by using your body strength and lengthening out the muscles through stretching. It starts slow and builds intensity by going in and out of quick movements and transitions into more controlled movements for optimal calorie burning while sculpting lean muscle. Get ready for this intense class… it’s one of our favorites!

SWEAT BARRE

Sweat Barre is our version of a traditional barre class. Leave no muscle untouched with this effective full body workout.

SWEAT CYCLE

Are you ready to sweat? This is no warmup. Sweat Cycle is an intense 45-minute cycle class, led by our encouraging Sweat cycle team. You will begin your class with a 3 1/2-minute warm-up followed by a variety of sprints, jumps and hills. The center of your ride is choreographed to feel the beat of your bike while completing a fun, intense 27 minutes of high energy riding. Next stop on the bike is 4 minutes of weight work using 3 lb. weights while your heart rate is up to burn extra calories. Just wait if you think 3 lbs. is not enough! Last stop… one last intense hill or sprint to finish your sweat seesh!! Cool down for 3 minutes to cap off your experience.

SWEAT CYCLE/CORE

Cycle Core is a 45-minute cycle followed by a 15-minute core workout. You will spend 45 minutes cycling using resistance to strengthen muscles and sprints to get your heart rate up and burn calories. We incorporate weights during cycle to make this a full body workout. For the final 15 minutes, you will head into the cardio room for a true core section that will leave your muscles working throughout the day.

CYCLE BARRE

We have found a way to get everything your body needs in 60 minutes. You begin with 25 minutes of cycling using resistance to tone muscles and sprints to get your heart rate up. Those 25 minutes will fly by and now you are ready to tone at the barre. You will spend the next 30 minutes in the cardio room beginning with an arm section designed to lengthen and strengthen your upper body. Barre work is next where you focus on your thighs and seat, isolating those muscles using tiny movements. Core is next where you can really focus on your midsection. End your class with a stretch and you are ready to take on the day!

SWEAT HIIT

This 50-minute class is designed to give you a total body workout by implementing interval sequences to increase your heart rate, followed by weight training techniques to isolate and tone various muscles groups. You will begin with a 5-minute warm up, HIIT for 35 minutes, and end with a 10-minute stretch and recovery. Bring your A game!
