Sweat Cycle

Are you ready to sweat? This is no warm up. Our cycle classes have peaks and valleys. You will begin your class with arm and core segments to engage your entire body, so your legs can be well fueled for the intense 45 minute session. Our instructors will guide you through a high-energy cardio ride with amazing playlists.


Cycle Barre

30 minutes of our Sweat Cycle for your cardio portion of the class and 30 minutes of weights, seat and core to tone and sculpt the body. This class has it all. You will burn calories and tone muscle from top to bottom.
