This is Jessica Kedzior. Jessica started her journey with Sweat in December. She has been taking at least 4 classes a week and started eating a healthier balanced diet! The combination has created fantastic results. Jessica’s favorite classes at Sweat are cycle barre and cardio! She loves the fun energy our Sweat staff brings.
